CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from our Fitzroy Shop on the following days and times:
Tuesday - Sunday 11 am-5 pm
*Excluding Public holidays 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-7 working days of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped using Australia Post, and the estimated delivery time is 2-7 days, depending on your location within Australia.

PRE-ORDER

All pre-orders are estimated to ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia 
Flat rate of $10 Standard and $20 Express orders up to $150.
Orders over $150 receive free standard shipping and $10 express shipping within Australia.

New Zealand 
Flat rate of $20 Standard and $30 Express orders up to $200.
Orders over $200 receive free standard shipping and $10 express shipping. 

International
Flat rate of $30 Standard and $40 Express orders up to $200.
Orders over $200 receive free standard shipping and $10 express shipping. 

Custom fees, taxes, or additional charges associated with international shipping are the customer's responsibility.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us marked 'Return to Sender' due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying an additional postage fee to have the item re-delivered.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to ship within the stated timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to high demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. This helps ensure your parcel is safely received. Please be available at the shipping address provided to avoid any delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

International shipping delivery times vary depending on your location. We estimate delivery to take between 7-21 working days. Please note that customs clearance may also affect delivery times.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Haus of Ziggy Lee is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of Australia Post or international carriers. However, if your parcel goes missing, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue through the carrier.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your items arrive damaged due to transit or not received, Haus of Ziggy Lee is not responsible. Please email us at info@hausofziggylee.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the parcel; replacement of damaged or lost items is made in our discretion.

DIGITAL GOODS

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware that downloading software and digital goods carries inherent risks. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may assist you.
