EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

You may be eligible to exchange or refund your purchase up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and have proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any postage fees associated with returns. Contact us at info@hausofziggylee.com before returning your items. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

ASSESSMENT OF RETURNS

Haus of Ziggy Lee reserves the right to assess the age and condition of all returned items before processing any exchange or refund. We will not accept items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of wear.

REFUND PROCESSING

As soon as your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible.

If you have posted your return but haven’t received a confirmation, please contact us, and we will look into it for you.

While you may try on items, all returned products must be in new, unused condition with swing tickets still attached.

Personalised or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

When returning items, please ensure they are packaged securely and include your order number and contact details inside the package so we can process your request efficiently.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

If you are exchanging an item, we will notify you once the replacement has been dispatched. Please allow up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed, depending on stock availability.

SHIPPING & ITEM ERRORS

If we have made a shipping error or sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
